Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Nabta Adventure ("the App"), developed by KTech Studio, handles information when you use the App. Nabta Adventure is a platform game made for children and families. We built it so that it does not collect any personal information: there is no account system, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking.

Information We Do Not Collect

Nabta Adventure does not require an account or sign-in, and it never asks for a name, email address, phone number, photos, contacts or location. The App does not send any information about you or your child to KTech Studio or to any third party. We do not operate servers that store player data, and we never sell or share personal information.

Information Stored Only on Your Device

To keep your progress between play sessions, the App stores a small amount of game data locally on your device:

• which levels and bosses are unlocked, and the stars earned in each;
• the selected playable character;
• settings such as sound, music and assist mode;
• whether the full game has been unlocked.

This data never leaves your device and is not linked to your identity. Deleting the App removes it, subject to your device's backup settings.

No Advertising, Analytics or Tracking

Nabta Adventure contains no advertisements and no third-party advertising, analytics or crash-reporting services. The App does not use your Advertising Identifier (IDFA) and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. In-App Purchase

The first world of the game is free. An optional one-time in-app purchase, "The Full Adventure", unlocks the remaining worlds. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store payment information; billing is handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's privacy policy. The App only receives confirmation from Apple that the purchase was made, so it can unlock the content and restore it on your devices.

Because the App is made for children, every purchase is protected by a parental gate: a question intended for adults must be answered before any purchase can begin. Apple's Family Sharing and "Ask to Buy" features are also supported.

Children's Privacy

Nabta Adventure is designed for children. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13, in line with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws. The App has no chat, no social features and no links that take a child out of the App without a parent's involvement.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the App evolves. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date above.
