KTech Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) built Fish Float as a general-audience, family-friendly mobile game. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Fish Float.
Fish Float does not require an account and does not ask for your name, phone number, postal address, contacts, photos, or precise location.
The game stores gameplay information locally on your device, including:
This information is used to operate the game and preserve your progress. KTech Studio does not upload it to a player account or a KTech Studio gameplay server. Removing the app may remove local progress, subject to device backups and platform behavior.
Fish Float offers optional in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. KTech Studio does not receive or store your full payment-card or banking details.
Apple may process purchase information, transaction identifiers, storefront information, and account-related information under Apple’s own privacy practices. Fish Float receives purchase confirmation and entitlement information needed to deliver purchased content and restore eligible non-consumable purchases.
The Ad-Free Ocean purchase removes automatic interstitial advertisements. It does not remove optional rewarded advertisements, because those are shown only when you deliberately choose to watch one in exchange for an in-game benefit.
Fish Float uses Unity LevelPlay to mediate advertisements. The advertising providers currently enabled are ironSource Ads and Unity Ads.
Fish Float may show:
Depending on the advertisement, region, device settings, privacy choices, and provider availability, Unity and participating advertising providers may process technical information such as:
Fish Float is configured as a family-friendly experience and sends age-restricted/privacy signals to its advertising SDK. The app does not request permission to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies. Where an advertising identifier is unavailable or its use is not permitted, providers may show contextual or limited advertisements instead.
Advertising providers may act as independent controllers of information they process. Their practices, retention periods, partners, and privacy choices are described in Unity’s policies:
Privacy choices may depend on your location, device settings, applicable law, and the controls offered within an advertisement. Unity advertisements may include a privacy or data-options control that can be used to review available choices. You can also limit use of an advertising identifier through your iPhone or iPad privacy settings.
Choosing not to allow personalized advertising does not prevent you from playing Fish Float. You may still receive contextual or limited advertisements. Rewarded advertisements remain optional.
Fish Float is a general-audience game designed to be suitable for families. It does not include account registration, public profiles, chat, or user-generated content, and it is not intended to collect personal contact information from children.
Parents and guardians should supervise children’s device use, optional advertising, and in-app purchases. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to KTech Studio, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
Information may be processed or shared only as needed for:
KTech Studio does not rent or sell personal information to data brokers.
Local gameplay information remains on your device until it is reset, removed by the operating system, or the app is deleted. Apple retains purchase records according to its policies and applicable law. Unity and participating advertising providers retain advertising and technical information according to their own policies, configurations, and legal obligations.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.
Because KTech Studio does not operate player accounts or a gameplay-data server, most gameplay information can be removed by deleting the app or clearing its local data. For questions or requests concerning information controlled by KTech Studio, email ktechstudio.support@gmail.com. We may need reasonable information to understand and verify a request.
Requests relating to App Store purchase data or advertising-provider data may need to be directed to Apple or Unity because those companies independently control certain information they process.
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information handled by the game. However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Apple, Unity, their affiliates, advertising partners, and service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies and applicable legal safeguards.
We may update this Privacy Policy when Fish Float’s features, service providers, or legal obligations change. We will update the effective date above and publish the revised policy at the same public URL. Material changes may also be communicated within the game or through the App Store where appropriate.
