Deep Sea Abyss — Last updated: August 29, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Deep Sea Abyss ("the App"), developed by KTech Studio, handles information when you use the App. We built Deep Sea Abyss to be simple and respectful of your privacy — there is no account system, and we do not collect or store any personal information about you on our own servers.
Deep Sea Abyss does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number to play. We do not operate any servers that store player data, and we never sell or share personal information about you. Your game progress — upgrades, cosmetics, quests and settings — is stored only on your own device.
The App does include an advertising partner, and that partner processes a limited amount of technical information in order to show ads. That is described in full in the next section.
Deep Sea Abyss shows optional rewarded video ads — you choose to watch one in exchange for an in-game reward, and the game is fully playable without ever watching any.
These ads are delivered through Unity LevelPlay (ironSource), which mediates ads supplied by Unity Ads. Both are operated by Unity Technologies.
Ads are served on a strictly non-personalized basis. The App does not use your Advertising Identifier (IDFA) for ad targeting and does not show the App Tracking Transparency prompt, because no cross-app tracking is performed. Your activity is not tracked across other companies' apps or websites.
To deliver ads, prevent fraud and measure performance, our advertising partner processes a limited amount of technical information:
This matches the App Privacy information shown on our App Store listing. You can learn more about Unity's practices at unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy.
Deep Sea Abyss offers optional in-app purchases (gem packs, a starter bundle and a season pass) processed entirely through Apple's App Store and StoreKit. We never see or store your payment information — all billing is handled directly by Apple in accordance with Apple's own privacy policy.
If you choose to sign in to Game Center, the App may submit your best score, best depth reached, and achievement progress to Apple's Game Center service so you can compare results with other players on leaderboards. This data is managed entirely by Apple under your Game Center account and Apple ID — Deep Sea Abyss does not separately store or access this information. You can review Apple's Game Center privacy practices as part of Apple's own privacy policy linked above.
If you allow notifications, the App schedules a small number of local daily reminder notifications directly on your device. These are generated and delivered entirely on-device — no data about your play habits is sent anywhere to create them, and you can disable them at any time from the App's in-game Settings screen or from your device's iOS Settings.
Deep Sea Abyss is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the App evolves. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date above.
